Shipping Policy

Our products are shipped through either UPS or USPS We are entrusting a third party to deliver your item in a timely fashion. Once the package leaves our facility, it is now the responsibility of said third to deliver your package.

For orders that are placed during the weekend please allow 48-72 hours to be processed for shipping 

If you would like to require signature for delivery, please call us or email us at ozmotoleather@gmail.com for that option.

If the order was placed within the same day you placed the order, then we may be able to make the necessary changes for you. Please contact our customer service team at (865)-387-6062 and provide us with the details of the changes you would like to make. please note that some changes may not be possible depending on the status of your order.
